Designed for both economics and process flexibility, the batch type systems offers massive process flexibility for both R & D as well as small scale production. The systems are highly flexible in both configuration and load size and yet requires less real estate for installation. A loadlock may be optionally added for chamber high vacuum integrity as well as co-sputtering, substrate heating and RF / DC bias.
