With our origin beginning in 1978, System Control Technologies (SCT) has designed and manufactured high vacuum, physical vapor deposition (PVD) thin film coating systems. Our core technologies include thermal and electron beam evaporation, RF/DC sputtering, ion plating, ion-beam sputtering, plasma deposition and ion-assisted deposition.

Our organization has accumulated extensive experience in cost-effective design, manufacturing and automation of thin-film coating equipment. Ultra-material utilizatization by High Density RF Plasma and Plasma Enhanced CVD for boron phosphide or DLC. This technology is what elevates  SCT to a plateau far above our competitors.
